[cobalt-users] PKG to create a second root account to solve /var full issue

Hi all

I have been searching still for a solution to the /var %100 full issue.
On http://www.uk2raq.com/raqfaq/raqfaqshow.php?faq=89 there was a PKG to
create a second root user by installing a PKG (of course which is run by
root).

Would this solve my problem of not having root login due to /var
partition being 100% full or would it simply create the user and not let
me login as that newly created root user due to /var still being 100%
full? If it would work does anyone have a backup of that PKG or know of
a mirror site. I cannot get the link I found to work, I believe the file
has been taken down from that site.
