1.91s is rewritten from Matt's script, and appears to be very secure.
I've hosted it at my anonymous FTP server as a public service, and if
Surfbaud doesn't want to use it, that's fine.

We've already determined that jb@xxxxxxxxxxxx blocks my posts because he
blocks on ALL email from customrs of SBC aDSL, no matter what
mail-server they use. As long as he blocks all customers of SBC dsl,
he'll block me, and frankly, that's fine.

Or, he blocks all people who have their colocation systems through UUNET
connections. My server, my IP#s, have never been blacklisted.

So I'm getting tired of him accusing me of being a spammer. I've asked
him before (but I've had to rely on you, who can read it, to forward my
request to him) to please tell me the exact IP#s or IP# net-blocks being
blocked, so I can verify that my upstreams aren't hosting spammers.
I've talked to the network reps at Inflow, and they'll kick out anyone
abusing the 'net from their connection, but we have to know who they
are. Inflow hasn't gotten any recent spam complaints, so it's likely
the UUNET block is on a huge chunk of UUNET, not just the piece of
Inflow.

Additionally, here's an open-minded request... if you can help me
determine why I'm being blocked by anyone as a spammer, please help me
instead of accusing me.
