Hi Chuck,
The install software option can only apply files with the .pkg
extension, which are cobalt packages.
Although you can put together your own .pkg file, it probably won't be
easily done for Sophos.
If possible I'd try to do the following to install it:

Locate the 'important' files on the CD (Probably .RPM .tar .tar.gz, etc)
FTP those to your Qube then try to install from there.

Another thing, is that the Qube2 unfortunately does NOT use an Intel
processor, its MIPS, which probably won't work if the anti-virus is
pre-compiled binaries.

Hope this helps, but chances are you aren't going to have much luck :(
