Neither are me!!!  Both IP's are schools in Georgia.  The 168.11.49.3 is a 
dial up for a school in Georgia maintained by BellSouth.  So the Department 
of Education told me.  They forwarded it on.  Apparently someone from a 
school is trying to do some hacking.
