Then they're bouncing tons of legit mail. That list has IPs listed
because of actions of former owners of IP blocks. I found my server's IP
listed there mentioning a domain name I can find no connection with my
hosts IP blocks. If your customers had any way of knowing about the
legit mail from their potential customers that they're not seeing,
they'd run very fast to a new host.
Not only does that list block the IP blocks of anything they consider
spam, they block any other block owned by that ISP regardless of who
actually controls the block of IPs.

I don't even know how you manage to read this list. As the IP I receive
list mail from (Received: from list.cobalt.com (list.cobalt.com
[63.77.128.170])) is also listed by selwerd.cx/xbl
http://relays.osirusoft.com/cgi-bin/rbcheck.cgi?addr=63.77.128.170
Again, the only dnsbl to list that IP.

I stand by my original statement that such a list should only be used on
a personal mail server.
