What do you mean by "forwarding hosts"?

When I do nslookup on cobalt.vpopmail.org and on vpopmail.org I see good
dns for it:
<snip>
$ nslookup cobalt.vpopmail.org
Server: ns1.ns-one.net
Address: 63.108.93.101
Non-authoritative answer:
Name: cobalt.vpopmail.org
Address: 202.126.189.250
$ nslookup vpopmail.org
Server: ns1.ns-one.net
Address: 63.108.93.101
Name: vpopmail.org
Address: 202.126.189.12
$
</snip>
When I do lookups on the IP#s (reverse lookups) I get:
<snip>
$ nslookup 202.126.189.12
Server: ns1.ns-one.net
Address: 63.108.93.101
*** ns1.ns-one.net can't find 202.126.189.12: No response from server
$ nslookup 202.126.189.250
Server: ns1.ns-one.net
Address: 63.108.93.101
*** ns1.ns-one.net can't find 202.126.189.250: Non-existent host/domain
$
</snip>
Is that what you mean? You can't do reverse DNS for your IP#s unless
the owner of the IP#s delegates the authority to you.
