Are you sure it's not installed? I don't have handy access to an XTR, but
AFAIK all of the RaQs have procmail installed. To find out if it is, try
this.
locate procmail
whereis procmail
I suppose it's possible I just think it's installed on the XTR. I can't say
with any certainty I've actually touched it on an XTR.

Will advise after you run the commands above. I use procmail extensively on
the RaQs and the only issues I ever have are permissions on the user
directories which I have to change. BTW, if you didn't get your PostgreSQL
problem licked from a week or two ago let me know.
