[cobalt-users] Security Release 2.0.11-14039 problem

Hi

I have just installed RaQ4-All-Security Release 2.0.1-14039 on my raq4.
Now my PhP driven pages do not work. I believe that this might be due to
the fact that I Have installed PHP4.1.2-2 form the Packagemaster site.

I have tried to uninstall the latest package but when I run the
uninstall package I get 

[root uninstallers]# ./RaQ4-All-Security-2.0.1-14039-2.0.1-14039.uninst
(offline mode: enter name=value pairs on standard input)

Before this novice digs himself into the Sh.. too deep can some one
point me in the right direction as to the best course of action. 

My initial thought was to uninstall PHP4.1.2-2 first then the latest
patch and then re-intsall PHP BUT....
