[cobalt-users] siteManage/ deleted itself

I thought maybe fellow raq users could lean from my mistakes.  NEVER
right click in the sitelist frame on the control panel and click
'refresh' from the popup menu after deleting a site.

I did this after deleting site30. A little java error came up at the
bottom "invalid group: site30" and all of
/usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/siteManage/ was removed.  For some reason it
decided to delete all the control panels for each site simply because it
send a delete request for a site that no longer exists. The sites
themselves are fine but bye bye site control panels.  Time to extract
>from my backups.

I'm able to recreate this problem using the same method.
