While I know he can just resubscribe under a different name, I've just
forwarded Paul's post to the very nice lady who runs this list. Perhaps
she can figure out a way to ban him. If I were Sun, I'd send him a nice
certified letter asking him to no longer use the list. Under California
law (the Sun Cobalt list-server is in California) once he's asked to not
enter the email server, if he keeps doing it he'll statutorily owe quite
a bit of money EACH TIME.
