We bought one today, Dan...
$1100, including 1ghz PentiumIII CPU, 500mhz memory, two 40 gigabyte
hard drives (software raid). And sound, video, cdrom & floppy as well,
none of which we need <smile>. Plus $600 for Plesk 300-user version.
We don't put anything together ourselves, except the software install.
I'm working on my own "kickstart" linux install; until then I install
manually from a checklist I keep.
There are two different markets here; that's the real point.
