Also i must add that having any iis / Frontpage server on the net is like
having your balls on an ant nest.. you know its coming.. just depends on how
many and how hard.

Apples and oranges. You can hide a PDC server behind a firewall completely.
I guarantee you'd be hacked running IIS as a public web server had you not
applied patches for 8 months.
