[cobalt-users] Email Alias Error on XTR

I've searched the archives and the web, and have found nothing specific to
this, maybe it's referred to by another name?

Whenever I try to add/edit or delete an alias for any user on the system, we
get this error (in the frame at the bottom of the gui, the background turns
red)

"4262 email_cant_buildhash"

can somebody point me to a direction to find out what the problem is?
