The cause is using both IMAP and POP3 as Dan mentioned. The message is caused by the UW imapd that the raq 
uses. A later version of qpopper does have a flag that can ignore these messages, but I havent tried installing that 
yet. This is the only solution I have found so far.

Neomail doesnt have the problem, as I believe it uses it's own functions to use IMAP.
