It has nothing to do with pop before smtp, something about your own
machine is tripping it, usually that means you got your own IP address
listed somewhere, it's a bad sign that your ISP is listed , yeash
look at the email headers for your message, i should have more detail in
there about the {spam} flags
There is also a way to whitelist your own IP address, but you ought to
figure out why it's doing it first...
