[cobalt-users] Email / DNS transaction timeout RaQ4

There is one user on my system who is regularly receiving this error (real
domains with username edited):

This seems like it is a problem with DNS at the recipient's address, but I could
not find any real info in the archives or on Google and not quite sure what to
actually look for.  It looks to me though like the message has been queued, but
cannot be delivered.

All sites and users were recently migrated from a RaQ4r to a RaQ3 restored with
RaQ4 OS.  There were DNS issues with the server, but all propogation seems to
have resolved itself early this morning, and aside from the above error,
everything else seems to be working fine.

Can anyone shed any light on this?  Is this a problem at my end of things or at
the recipient end?  Thanks.
