RichardI had this with a 6Mb site. If you can program, I think you need to write some code to go through all webpages looking for links, images etc and forcing it to lowercase. Likewise for all filenames.
One of my customers has provided me with a 60MB website that I have already uploaded. Problem appears to be upper case. When I changed index.html to lowercase, this page appeared but it can't link to the other pages in uppercase. Is there a simple way out of this?
