Not totally true on Linux. We use Debian OO on our other boxes as well as
FreeBSD and Redhat. Debian uses an Apt-Get installer program that is just as
easy if not easier then Cobalt. Webmin will do almost everything you need.
We use Webmin just for DNS, and do apache and other stuff by hand.
