[cobalt-users] Cobalt RAQ 4 (Sending Mass Mail) Why not working.

Hello Ian,

If you would like to expound on "hmmmm!", I will be happy to address your
question/concern.

As an aside, we do have many customers running our software on cobalt
servers, with no problems.  The CGI Wrap problems usually have to do with
installation issues, which don't necessarily require the disabling of CGI
Wrap, however understanding CGI Wrap is important, and many people that buy
an off-the-shelf server like Cobalt aren't fully versed on CGI Wrap, and how
it works.

Our open forums are designed for our shareware program users, which download
our software free of charge.  We do, however, monitor our shareware forums
and you hopefully did see that we do have a full-time tech answering
questions there.

Customers using our professional series program receive direct e-mail and
log-in support.

As with all shareware forums, some of the posts to our shareware forums have
nothing to do with our software, some are asking for information that does
not relate to our software, and some post questions about our software and
its use.

While I often have the urge to delete questions that have nothing to do with
our software, I often find that another user will respond to questions, and
assist individuals, that we could not assist otherwise.

As any software website, offering free software, we do our best with the
limited resources available for free software to assist everyone that
requests help.

Any constructive suggestions you may have are always appreciated.

Thank you for your perspective.  With no sarcasm intended, I appreciate and
understand your view, and will act accordingly to improve our open forums.
