If its a new domain name, then you have to wait untill the root servers
database is
updated (once a day, so could be 24 hours) and you have no control over
that.
If your data is cached on a server someplace on the Internet, you
have to wait till the cache expires. If it's new information, to an existing
zone file, than it will be available immeditaely no matter whos nameserver
you are using.
This is misinformation, sounds like a sales pitch to me. I suppose you are
an associate of mydomain.com.

You can do this on any nameserver, except again what do you do about cahced
data.
