smtp.asp-networks.co.uk is your primary smtp server for receiving
email. Is it on a RaQ?

What's the "hostname" in the control panel for the system at
217.169.14.125?  Is it "www"?

Remember the virtusertable in the RaQ does this:

@domain.com	%1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

usually something like:

@asp-networks.co.uk	%1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

So it's important to have an A record for whatever is the hostname in
the hostname field.

This is the problem I had with my client's machine I just wrote about
for a few days, and it may be the same problem you're having.

You don't have an A record for either asraq1 or for www. So consider
what I wrote above.

Which is the error message I was getting.

When Taco showed me my error in simple terms even I could understand, I
felt quite stupid indeed, but the fact is the RaQ is quite unique in
this method of delivering mail so if it's your problem it's nothing to
feel bad about.

I hope I've been of some help in leading you in the right direction.
