Hello All,
I'm working on IPChains on a test server. I've allowed port 81 for
input, but I don't get the admin GUI. Everything else seems to be working.
Here is my log complaining:
Apr 1 20:22:25 mockups kernel: Packet log: input DENY eth0 PROTO=6
xx.xxx.xxx.xx:3795 yyy.yy.yyy.y:81 L=48 S=0x00 I=1039 F=0x4000 T=115 SYN (#38)
Apr 1 20:26:31 mockups kernel: Packet log: input DENY eth0 PROTO=6
xx.xxx.xxx.xx:3863 yyy.yy.yyy.y:81 L=48 S=0x00 I=7443 F=0x4000 T=115 SYN (#38)
I have substituted the xx.xxx.xxx.xx for the IP attempting the access. This
is actually a firewall which my PC resides behind. Notice the changed ports
coming from the firewall. The yyy.yy.yyy.y is the Cobalt server target.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Glenn
