[cobalt-users] updating Openwebmail pkg

I installed the package for Openwebmail from Pkgmaster.com without any 
problems on my RaQ3.  Since that package was made there have been a few bug 
fixes and one enhancement I asked for that I would like to install.  There is 
a .tgz file available at the Openwebmail site.  I'm not that savvy on 
installing those files.  Can someone help me with it, or point me where I 
could find some help?
