I had this problem when I first got Least my my Raq. Th error occurs because
your POP timer resets since the last time you checked you email and has not
reset when you are sending email.
The way I got it to work was that I had to be sure the POP before relay window
was set to longer than check for messages from my e-mail client. I think the
default is 15 minutes for the Raq and 30 minutes for Outlook Express. I tell my
clients to set their email program to automatically check email every 15
minutes. Therefore the timer for POP resets itself before it expires while you
are writing messages. I didn't want to set my raq pop timer to 30 minutes but
that is another possible setting.
Also, I set up each Virtual domain with two A records and one MX Record.
1. Add ADDRESS (A) RECORD
a. Blank
b. Domainname.com
c. IP address
2. Add ADDRESS (A) RECORD
a. Use www
b. Domainname.com
c. IP address
3. Add MAIL SERVER (MX) Record
a. Blank
b. Domainname.com
c. Domainname.com
d. High
e. Click "UPDATE LIST"
4. Click "SAVE CHANGES TO DNS SERVER"
5. Click " SAVE CHANGES"
I mad sure that I had all the updates for the Raq from Cobalt Download.
Now that I have done all this . . . I have had no problems.
