Do you mean with outlook users who use your RaQ as their smtp server?
That's reasonable, because Outlook and Outlook Express both send before
they receive.
Eudora and Netscape do it the other way around and have no problems.
In the case of Outlook/OE users using your RaQ for smtp, they have two
choices. Either they can use their own ISPs smtp server (which is
really what everyone should do) OR they can click again; the mail will
go out the second time because the machine has just logged in to receive
the last time they clicked.
