Apache is a lean server, and on the Qube's hardware it's perfectly
capable of saturating multiple T-1 lines when serving static pages.
Probably even when serving dynamic pages. I'd like to see a better
response than "not fast enough". Not fast enough when doing what, and
compared to what, as measured objectively?
I disagree, you don't have to be a cheapskate to buy a Qube. In fact
you shouldn't be; you can get a lot more bang for your buck buying a
generic server.
I run hundreds of websites, including some dynamic ones, on Apache-based
servers less powerful than a Qube3. I just find the original poster's
statement hard to believe.
