Yes.

The Qube uses the Linux operating system. Every function on the box
would continue to work as it does now.
But... you'll have to set up the webhosting yourself, and you'll have to
do it so as to not break any other functionalities.
That'll be your responsibility. My guess is that if you have to ask the
question, you probably don't have enough knowledge (yet) to do it
yourself.
While we can do it for you, the hourly cost would probably make it more
expensive than buying a used RaQ3 or RaQ4 on eBay.

They do, as others have said; it's pretty clear to me on their site that
the Qube3 is NOT for webhosting multiple sites; that's the main
differentiation between the Qube and the RaQ series.

That's just not true. IIS is set up out of the box to host virtual
domains. What mailserver is? I know of plenty that aren't, including
one I've been marketing for years.
You can set them up yourself, via well-documented workarounds. You can
do the same with the Qube.

The Qube advertising states clearly it's for a small business to set up
their own internet or intranet server. At least it's clear to me.
Nevertheless I wouldn't buy any server without asking a lot of
quesitons. I hope you did the same. If someone at Sun Cobalt gave you
a written response that you could host multiple domains on the box, or
is willing to admit s/he gave you a verbal response, you may be able to
return your Qube.
