And no errors printed to the terminal when it's restarted, right? Apache
works, just not PHP?

Well, actually, it can affect Apache startup, but there shouldn't be a
correlation between a cert and PHP not working right. To be sure, backup
the files in the site's certs directory, uncheck ssl access for the site,
then make sure there isn't a file named after the site in /etc/httpd/ssl/.
If there is delete it manually. Then restart Apache.

I'd check that the site you're testing with has PHP enabled in the GUI.
Then check that the appropriate directives are shown in httpd.conf in its
VirtualHost container. Check that libphp4.so exists (use locate, then
verify with ls). Check that LoadModule and AddModule lines exist and point
to the right place in httpd.conf for PHP and that AddType lines exist in
srm.conf. If after all of this it still doesn't work, give details about
all of the above and we can go from there.
