[cobalt-users] User Quota

I have one user that the GUI states is using 18.9MB. If I look under the
/home/sites/site34/users/(user), all there is is a index.html under web
and nothing under mail. If I look at /var/spool/mail and look at that
user, there is nothing to speak of there. It is an administrator on the
virtual domain and is used to upload the website.

Explanation?
