Not to be a wiseguy, but... how serious of a network do you want?
ADSL and cable usually are light on outbound bandwidth. Does SLA
matter to you? Battery backup? Interested in multihoming? How
much bandwidth do you use?
Need more details before we can give more specific suggestions...
