I'd not heard about that with the IBM drives, I'll remember it for the
future though.
Seagate drives seem to go to Holland as well, or certainly SCSI ones, and
yes you do have to pay shipping.
I'm not really aware of any hardware distributor that apart from DOA drives
does not expect the user / dealer to pay shipping on returning them.
To be honest with the margins on drives these days if I can get a customer
to send it back directly then that's what they do, strangely if they have to
pay in the post office they moan a lot less than if they have to pay me to
do it!
