The pre-installed PHP on the RaQ4 has PostgreSQL as a loadable module. It's
located at /usr/lib/apache/php/pgsql.so. Find the line:
;extension=pgsql.so
in php.ini and uncomment it by removing the ";". Then restart Apache.

Yes, you can do that and it will work fine, but you shouldn't have to if you
uncomment the line I mentioned above. If for some bizarre reason you're
missing the pgsql.so file email me on/off list and I'll get you a good copy.
