Its easier. Find  the "Hosts" file in your windows directory. add an entry
for the new domain, and it will work once the file is saved. This file is
checked prior to checking DNS.

You'll see this
127.0.0.1	localhost

add...
212.204.249.22	www.the-angels.com (thats a tab between)

Dont forget to remove it after the DNS updates, or if you go and move it
later, it wont show up right (you will still be looking at the old IP)

I just made a new virtual site on my RaQ4:

IP Address: 212.204.249.22
Host Name: www
Domain Name: the-angels.com
Web Server Aliases: www.the-angels.com, the-angels.com

Can I already see this website over the web, before the nameservers are
updated? What is the address? (http://212.204.249.22/the-angels.com or with
a ~ between doesn't work)
