The named daemon has been running as named:named since a relatively
recent update (probably within the last six months). Check to see if
the upgrade changed the pri* and sec* files to ownership by named:named.
Check to see if the gui creates new pri* and sec* files as named:named.
The group isn't as important as the username.
I don't know because I don't run our DNS under the Sun Cobalt gui.
