The problem with this method of backup through the GUI is that your browser
times out.
It works great for small volume but not for larger one.

Subject: [cobalt-users] RaQ2 Unable to Execute Full Backup
I was trying the "backup" function on the RaQ2 (for the first time) and the
following happened --
I first tried backing up "All server configuration", and it work normally.
I then try to do a full back up -- selecting the "All Server configuration,
email and user files"
and the "all files" options for the backup. The RaQ2 got busy for a few
minutes, and then returned
the error message of "The document contained no data. Try again later, or
contact the server
administrator".
I know there are 3 to 4 gigabytes worth of stuff in there !
Can anyone give me a clue as to what went wrong, and how I can get it fixed.
Thanks in advance,
PPY
