Hi all,
Need a little help here I think, possibly not seeing the wood for the trees!
Raq4i Fully up to date and working fine fully up to date on patches /
updates
Just installed the latest PHP package of pkgmaster.com
Everything seems to have installed just fine
Applied the Webalizer update at the same time and that seems fine, no errors
on running (though tonight will tell 100%)
Made up a little page with the test thingy from the PHP manual
<html>
<head>
<title>Example</title>
</head>
<body>
<?php
echo "Hi, I?m a PHP script!";
?>
</body>
</html>
Loaded it up to the server, took a look and nothing was visible, the page
loaded just fine but the PHP part just did nothing at all.
I've tried it in the cgi-bin just in case and still nothing.
I've just waded through reams of the manual and cant see anything that seems
relevant right now.
I even tried restarting apache to no avail.
What do I need to do so PHP actually starts working on a virtual site
please? Is there some sort of path statement that needs to be amended into
it somewhere to operate on a certain site / directory?
The URL this was all on on was
http://www.infolinkelectronics.co.uk/decodancer/phptest.html which is just a
testing area for something else.
Regards,
Phil
