I installed it before the latest updates, but when I put the latest updates
on it gave me the same errors when trying to generate the graphics.
I then created a simbolic link from
/usr/lib/libgd.so.1 -> /usr/lib/libgd.so.1.8.4
and it worked fine.
I suggest you do a check on these files to see which ones are real and
which ones are simlinks and what they link to, I would guess that your
libgd.so.1 is a simlink to a file that no longer exists. If so, delete it
and link to the latest libgd, which is the libgd.so.1.8.4.

=> This looks very good. Unfortunately the rpm does not install on my
=> RaQs (all with the latest PHP-PKG from pkgmaster.com):
=>
=> error: failed dependencies:
=> libgd.so.1 is needed by mrtg-2.9.17-2
=>
=> Any ideas? I have the following libs on my RaQs:
=>
=> /usr/lib/libgd.so
=> /usr/lib/libgd.so.1.8
=> /usr/lib/libgd.so.1.8.4
=> /usr/lib/libgd.so.1
