My badge on the "right side of the faceplate" says "Raq 3". I would assume
then that yours is simply a "Raq" or "Raq 1" if it doesn't state the number
right there. Probably explains why you're not getting up and running. For
instance, I would be highly doubtfull of Raq 4 OS resore working on my RAQ
3.

My RAQ also still has the serial number sticker on it where it states what
version of RAQ it is. Have a peek?

The RaQ I got has RaQ on the right most corner.  I don't know what model
it is... :(

I am using the Restore CD for the Raq 2.  That is what I was given, the
person who gave it to me told me that it would work.

Will it work?

Hi G.,

Congratulations! You got that far.. we'll help get you on your way. I
would
suggest you verify that you have installed the proper OS (verify the
.iso
image you created the CD with was for the right RaQ). I'm not sure what
else to suggest, but others will pie in soon, I would expect.
