Thank your for your input, I hope this provides the information necessary
to give you a better idea of my situation.

I am trying to send from our RAQ4 that hosts www.csedge.com (and 3 other
sites that also belong to us). The RAQ only handles the web server, DNS
and EMAIL are handled by other servers. DNS is outsourced to our hosting
company and EMAIL is done by our corporate networking department. 

The email parameters on the admin GUI are the following:
Smart Relay Host Name: 
	smtp.csedge.com
Relay for following hosts/domains: 
	63.241.176, 63.241.178, 63.241.187.213, beready.att.net
Host/Domain Aliases: 
	63.241.176.143, 63.241.178.213, 63.241.178.222,
h01-2-3-10-0780.beready.att.net, 
	test.csedge.com, www.csclient.com, www.csedge.com,
www.teleclaimjobs.com

I can send email to @csedge.com addresses but the trouble comes when
I try to contact anyone outside of the csedge.com domain. In the case
below, I am trying to send a message to my account at the wtsoccer.com
site. 

Please let me know where I should begin to look. Pinging smtp.csedge.com
gives me
12.28.86.39, which I thought was our corporate NAT/firewall. Thank you very
