[cobalt-users] Checking that the s/w is correctly updated (was email alias problems)

I've been struggling with my email alias problem - everyone who has 
helped can't see anything wrong.

David Lucas has been particularly helpful and got me to look at the 
system update status - his conclusion is:

So how do I go about doing this? And is it likely that those two 
updates (9353 and 8762) are causing email aliases not to work?
