Hmm, nonetheless, you seem to be sending mail to the wrong machine ;P

corphq.utc.com. 7200    MX      5 mail.utc.com.

But that doesn't seem to be smtp.csedge.com

It thinks it's
  220 mail1.utc.com (Doesn't look like a Raq either ;P)
It also doesn't resolve, so it breaks several RFC's ;P

I Think DNS problems would be a good guess ;P

Figure out if any of those machines is you, or if you are supposed to be
sending mail to one of those machines, i think you are trying to do both
at the same time, but i don't know which machine is your actual local
machine that's doing the sending...
