It acts like looking in the wrong directory or something.
Is your RaQ1 all up2date? 
Maybe taco or one of the pkg masters will see this post. and be able to help.

I recently installed 3.0.2p1 from source on my desktop, I know it required 
zlib and openssl, but I don't know what the pkg file has in it.

As a last resort you may want to try source, I don't think they make RPMs for 
the old RaQ1 operating system. Most I see are for 7.2
