No, you get a 404  with a picture called guestion_warning and it looks like 
some computer would use as a missing gif.

download it and open it with a graphics program, if you don't have a 
graphics program that will open it, rename it with a ".gif" and try 
again.  It is working correctly.  Is it not a box about 4 inches wide and 
an inch and a half high, with a triangle and a question mark in it?
