[cobalt-users] Question_Warning.GIF (404)

I noticed recently that when I purposely type domain.com/etasdfsdf
to get a 404 I get the text with a missing image.

I look at the source code and is:
<TD><IMG SRC="/.cobalt/images/question_warning" ALIGN=LEFT BORDER=0></TD>

I went to:
/usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/images

The image is there "question_warning.gif" and not question_warning as
displayed
in the source code.  As I right clicked on the missing picture I got the
link of:

http://www.mydomain.com/.cobalt/images/question_warning
Looks like there is a missing *.gif at the end of the link. Where and how
could
this have happen...

I checked the archive but most requests were of custom 404s and such where
doesn't
help much.

I also wanted to do a mass search on the question_warning string of text and
case sensitive and see who carries it.
