That is correct, using NAT, all local machines and Qube have local
addresses.
I can access the Qubes browser administrative functions via ip address.
In the Qubes Control Panel/Network settings, I'm using the ISP's primary
& secondary DNS.
In the Qubes Control Panel/Services, Domain name service, I'm using
runyon.org, and Current DNS Host List For runyon.org Domain is ip
address provided by ISP and ISPs hostname.
