especially if the current batch of testers don't seem to be approving products which are up to your level of standardsBruce, I'm not interested in bashing you guys and do appreciate all that you do for the updates etc, in some cases, you guys seem to go above and beyond what could just be considered a baseline offering. But in the case of this particular update, in the two years I've had Cobalt products, this one seems to be more messed up than anything I've seen and has users on every single message system out there that deals with your products antsy about installing it.
If you really read the posts, you will see that there have been a number of us that have had no problems with it. Taco also stated straight forward how to handle the php. Upgrading the php via Taco's upgrade is not Cobalt supported and it is stated as such. I do not disagree with you as to the ftp problems with people that have more than one ip.
Since some of the issues seem particularly clear cut (the ftp and php problems specifically) how much work would it be for you guys to go back and revamp the update to handle, at least, those two problems? This is not a bash, just an honest question.
