especially if the current batch of testers don't seem to be approving products which are up to your level of standards
Bruce, I'm not interested in bashing you guys and do appreciate all that you do for the updates etc, in some cases, you guys seem to go above and beyond what could just be considered a baseline offering.
But in the case of this particular update, in the two years I've had Cobalt products, this one seems to be more messed up than anything I've seen and has users on every single message system out there that deals with your products antsy about installing it.
Since some of the issues seem particularly clear cut (the ftp and php problems specifically) how much work would it be for you guys to go back and revamp the update to handle, at least, those two problems?
