This question is asked about once or twice a week.
You should look in the archives.
You could read the readme at the download site.
Make a cd of the iso,
Connect your RaQ eth0 to a PC eth0
Use a cross over cable / or a hub with only the PC and the RaQ connected.
Boot the PC off the CD
Follow the instructions on the PC display.
Note: Network must be 100 MB and the PC may have a NIC that won't work.
If it does not work, search the archives for a list of NICs that do work..
