Burn the CD.
Connect with a PC (100 MBit Ethernet Card) with a crosslink cable to serial
Port 1 of the Cobalt (the right one when standing to the rear side). Boot
the PC with that CD ROM and follow the instructions on the screen. After
app. 10 -15 minutes you got a factory fresh RaQ3.
