Something to keep in mind when moving a FP site. I discovered in my move
from a RaQ2 to a RaQ4 a couple things happened:
Anything that was uploaded under a username that no longer exists has
problems, since the newer FP on the RaQ4 uses "webmaster" instead of the
site admin. Since that user doesn't exist anymore, it has problems
knowing what to do with those files. 
Any CGI scripts got transferred over owned by "nobody" and CGIWRAP
wouldn't allow those to run. Just needed to be either FTP up as a
siteadmin or CHOWN to the siteadmin username.
